Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing

• All advertised prices are FROM prices and may vary depending on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, temperament and grooming requirements.
• Additional charges may apply for matted or neglected coats, difficult behaviour, extra handling, specialist products or additional grooming time.
• Any significant additional costs will be discussed with you wherever reasonably possible.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are reserved specifically for your dog.
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled grooming fee.
• Missed appointments may also incur a 50% charge.
• Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit or payment in advance.

3. Collection

• Dogs must be collected at the agreed time.
• Additional charges may apply if collection is more than 15 minutes late.
• Collection times may change depending on grooming time, your dog's behaviour, welfare or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Health & Welfare

• Your dog's welfare, safety and comfort will always be our priority.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medication, injuries, behavioural concerns or previous grooming difficulties before the appointment.
• We reserve the right to pause, alter or stop a grooming session if continuing may compromise your dog's welfare or safety.
• Where necessary, we may recommend veterinary attention.

5. Behaviour & Safe Handling

• Please inform us if your dog has shown aggression, fear, anxiety or biting behaviour.
• Muzzles, restraints or other appropriate handling equipment may be used when reasonably necessary for safety and welfare.
• We may refuse, pause or stop a service if a dog cannot be groomed safely and humanely.
• Additional charges may apply where extra time or handling is required.

6. Fleas & Ticks

• Please notify us if your dog has fleas or ticks.
• Flea treatment, cleaning and additional disinfection may incur a £25 charge.
• Tick removal may incur a £5 charge, where safe and appropriate.
• Severe infestations may require the appointment to be stopped or rearranged, and additional charges may incur.

7. Accidents & Liability

• Grooming involves some inherent risks, including skin irritation, minor cuts, scratches, nail injuries or reactions to products.
• We take reasonable care and appropriate precautions during every appointment.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for negligence where applicable.

8. Photography & Social Media

• We may ask for permission to take photographs or videos of your dog for promotional or social media purposes.
• Permission is entirely optional and declining will not affect the service provided.

9. Complaints

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the matter and work towards a fair resolution. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
